  • Access Code / Key: How do I obatin the access code?

    Once the payment for your stay has been received in full, you will receive a pre-arrival email with the code for the key safe.

  • Cancellations & Rebookings: Can I change or cancel my stay?

    You can rebook or cancel free of charge within the applicable cancellation period. The exact cancellation deadlines are listed in our Terms & Conditions.
    Fees in the event of cancellation:

    • Up to 13 days before arrival: free of charge
    • 8 to 13 days before arrival (inclusive): 50% of the total price
    • 0 to 7 days before arrival (inclusive): 100% of the total price

    Note: For some holiday homes, the following may apply instead: 0 to 30 days before arrival (inclusive): 100% of the total price.

  • Check-In / Check-Out: When can I arrive, and when do I need to check out of the apartment or holiday home?

    Arrival: You can check into your apartment or holiday home from 5:00 PM onward.
    Departure: We kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 AM.

  • Parking: Where can I park, and is parking free?

    Each Alpenidyll holiday apartment or holiday home comes with a designated free parking space.

  • Travel Insurance: Do I need travel insurance, and is it included in the offer?

    Our packages do not include travel insurance. Since unexpected events can always arise, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with a provider you trust.
